Creative Works Competition devoted to the 450th anniversary of William Shakespeare

The March,15 we had Presentation  Competition devoted to the 450th anniversary of William Shakespeare.
Results of this competition are:

• Ovsepyan Vanik (8-C) – 1st place
• Pilyugina Anna (6-B) – 2nd place 
• Orehov Pavel (8-C) – 3rd place

“The Canterville Ghost” is the second place winner of the municipal theatrical contest!

Congratulations to the pupils of 6-B form:  Agronova D, Veips Ph., Doroshenko N., Kashirina J., Lisitsa T., Pilyugina A., Seryoznova D., Silin N., Sitnikov N., Strelkova K., and their teachers Severina O.V., and Seryoznova E.I. who had staged and performed “The Canterville Ghost”, as they took the second place in the municipal theatrical contest among the pupils of 5-8 forms.

Maslenitsa - 2014

    Since long ago there is a tradition in Russia to say “goodbye” to winter and “hello” to spring.
    The holiday of seeing off of the winter is called Maslenitsa. The concert is held in our city on this matter, the artists sing age-old songs, chastushkas and organize practical jokes.
    People take part in different competitions, ride horses and drink hot tea with pancakes not to be frozen.

Eurovision Song Contest - 2014.

Traditionally the English Week in our school was finalized with the Eurovision Song Contest where the best singers of 5-11 forms showed off their talents. This year the contest coincided with St. Valentine’s Day (on February,14) may be because of that fact the number of volunteers to participate in it was enormous thus the organizers of the contest had to hold a semifinal.
      But the final concert was so perfect that it took much effort to the jury to call the winners. This year among the members of the jury there were an honorable guest of our school - Attache for culture and education Embassy of Spain Tatyana Drozdoff Diez, Ulengova Olga F (Studio "Karamelki"), Grachev Andrey ( Theatre actor), Nevolin Alexandr (DT "Novo-Peredelkino") and director of our school A.V.Savelyeva. They listed the top singers:

among 5-6 forms                                                

• 1st place - Ganin Sergei 
• 2nd place - Lisa Komarova
• 3rd place- Seryoznova Dasha 

among 7-8 forms

• 2nd place - Arina Azar'eva
• 3rd place -  Zelikovskaya Nadya and Kukushkina Dasha

among 9-11 forms

• 1st place - Sergei Polizhaev
• 2nd place - Yekimova Yana 
• 3rd place-Mustafa Liza

Poetry Recitation Contest in Foreign Languages among the pupils of 5-9 forms

On February 13th Poetry Recitation Contest was held not only in English, but French and German languages. Contest was held among the pupils of 5-9 forms. The children recited poems by W. Shakespeare, R. Burns, R. Kiplling and others.
                 The winners in  English part of the Contest were the following:

Among 5-year-pupils:

• Mechsheryakov Alexey (5"B") and Kamelin Alexey (5"A") - 1 place
• Komarova Liza (5"B") and Bayukina Polina (5"B") - 2 place
• Shirshov Vadim (5"A") and Buhanova Ira (5"A") - 3 place

Among 6 and 7-year-pupils:

•  Silin Nikita (6"B") - 1 place
•  Lisitsa Tanya (6 "B") - 2 place
•  Ivanovsky German  (7"B") - 3 place

Among 8 and 9-year-pupils:

•  Movchan Dasha (8"C")and Shipilova Anna (9"B") - 1 place
•  Livchak Kostya ( 8"A") - 2 place
•  Staroselskaya Nastya (8"C"),  Ryzhov Sasha (8"C")  and Ovechkina Yulya (8"B") - 3 place

         The winners in  German part of the Contest were the following:

• Vahrameev Arthur (8"C") - 1 place
• Krukova Dasha (8"B") and Sitnikov Nikita (6 "B") - 2 place
•  Lisitsa Tanya (6 "B") and  Ivanovsky German (7"B") - 3 place

       The winners in  French part of the Contest were the following:

•  Chernyshova Dasha (8 "A") - 1 place
• Stepanova Polina (8"A"),  Tubaeva Anna (8"A") and Agronova Dasha (6 "B") - 2 place
• Kozlova Masha (8" "),  Shipilova Anna (9"B") and Donchuk Valera (6"B") - 3 place

Poetry Recitation Contest among the pupils of 3-4 forms

On February 12th Poetry Recitation Contest was held among the pupils of 3-4 forms. The children recited poems by classical and modern writers, such as Kiplling, Milne, Longfellow and many others. It was very difficult to choose the best among them.

The winners were the following:                     
Among 4-year-pupils:

• Glazkova Sonya (4-C) - the first place (teacher is Severina O.V.)

• Ponomaryov Artyom (4-C) and  Sandourskaya Alina (4-А) - the second place (teachers are Severina O.V. and Seryoznova E. I.)

•  Plevo Xenia and Zubova Polina (4-A) - the third place   (teachers are Seryoznova E. I. and Severina O.V)

 Among 3-year-pupils:

•   Krasnova Maria (3-A) (teacher Seryoznova E. I.)- the first place
• Arakelyan Arsen (3-B)  (teacher Severina O.V) - the second place
• Frolova Polina (3-A) - (teacher Seryoznova E. I.) - the third place 

Presentation contest "My favourite book"

On February, 10th participants of the presentation contest "My favourite book" told to the audience and jury about books they had read and illustrated their story with colourful presentations.
About 20 pupils, encouraged by their teacher N.D.Belova, took part in the school contest but only some of them were announced as winners and prizeholders.
They are:

•  Staroselskaya Nastya (8-A) - the first place
  

• Vavilova Katya (8-A), Bryndina Masha (8-A) - the second place
  

•  Gulieva Elmira (8-A), Tyubayeva Nastya (8-A)  - the third place
    

 

 

• Besides Novoselov Anton (5-B) was the best in nomination "Successful debut"
• Krukova Dasha (8-B) was the best in nomination "Technical support"

"The Canterville Ghost" inaugurates English Week - 2014.
The performance was staged by the pupils of 6-B grade and teachers O.V.Severina and E.I. Seryoznova.
